Estate Planning, Probate, & Guardianship

With over 1700 estate plans created and prepared for clients, the attorneys of the Law Offices of Robert E. Blinstrubas, P.C., strongly advocate for the use of a Revocable Living Trust as a client's primary dispositive estate planning tool. The firm also practices in the area representing executors and administrators with probate matters involving estates with wills, called a testate estate, and those estates without a Will called an intestate estate. Additionally, for those clients who have the necessity for caring for loved ones who are disabled or are minors and require a court-appointed Guardian, our attorneys represent and take care of their clients through the Guardianship proceedings and process.

Residential Property: Representing both Sellers and Buyers in all facets of the sale or purchase transaction, including but not limited to, purchase and sale negotiations, closing attendance and document preparation, lease drafting and negotiations; contract negotiations, articles of Agreement for Deed.

Commercial Property: Representing both Sellers and Purchasers in consulting and drafting of Purchase and Sale Agreements, commercial lease drafting and negotiations, prepare: Land Contracts, Lease to Own documents, and advising all other facets of commercial real estate dealings.

Corporations, Limited Liability Companies & Partnerships

The firm's attorneys create and organize corporate entities, including but not limited to, Corporations, Limited Liability Companies, and Partnerships. Some of the services provided for clients are document preparation of Operating Agreements, Corporate book formations, Bylaws, Shareholders Agreements, Buy/Sell Agreements, Asset Purchase Agreements and Stock Purchase Agreements for the sale or purchase of businesses, and representation in Mergers and Acquisitions.
